Denver Sales Career Fair Nov. 18: Free Evening Hiring Event in the Denver Tech Center

DENVER, CO — If you sell for a living, or you already do it every shift without the title, block off the evening of Wednesday, November 18. United Career Fairs brings its free Denver Career Fair to the Embassy Suites Denver Tech Center in Centennial that night, and it is built around a single kind of job: sales and sales management. Hiring companies pitch themselves first, then sit down with job seekers for interviews in the same room.

One evening in the DTC, free to attend, aimed at sales and sales management roles. No formal sales background required, but bring a stack of resumes and come dressed for an interview.

💼 What Kind of Jobs This Fair Is For

This is not a general job fair, and that is the point. United Career Fairs runs small evening events for professional-level sales hiring, mostly client-facing roles across several industries. The organizer lists the kinds of openings it recruits for: outside sales, inside sales, account managers, sales managers, business development and account executives.

The format is different from the folding-table rooms most Front Range job seekers know. Each hiring company gives a short presentation about its business and what it needs. After that, you talk directly with hiring managers, and the organizer pitches the night as several interviews in a couple of hours.

The organizer also says people without a formal sales background are welcome. That opens the door for the bartender in LoDo, the retail lead at Park Meadows or the car-rental agent at DIA who already sells all day under a different job title.

  • No employer list has been published. The event page does not name the participating companies, so you will not know who is hiring until you are in the room. Call the organizer at 847-428-1118 if that matters to your decision.
  • No end time is posted. The fair starts at 6:00 p.m. Arrive early and plan to stay through the presentations.
  • No pay figures have been published. Sales jobs often mix base salary with commission, so ask each employer how the money works, including draw, quota and territory, before you commit.
  • Not looking for sales? This is the wrong event. Our fall Denver job fairs guide covers broader hiring events, and the USPS job fairs on October 26 and November 6 are hiring for mail processing work. Different event, different day, different requirements.

📋 How to Show Up Ready

The hotel sits in the Denver Tech Center off I-25, and a 6:00 p.m. start lands right in the southbound evening rush out of downtown. Leave early, then cover what the organizer asks for:

  • At least 15 printed copies of your resume
  • Professional interview attire
  • A short, confident pitch about yourself, because in a sales interview how you sell yourself is the first test
  • Questions for each company about base pay, commission, training and territory
